New Customer Deposit
If you are new to our live sales, you will be asked to submit a $10 deposit after your first claim. This deposit helps us to ensure claims will not be abandoned. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards the payment for your claims.
How To Pay After the Live
Within a few hours after the live sale, I will post a listing for your claims on this website (with your tiktok username as the title)
It will have a description of the items and a breakdown of the pricing.
**Take a screenshot of the description to have once your order comes**
You will add the listing to your cart and check out as normal, add anything else to your cart you'd like! :)
Once you check out, your order will be shipped out within 5 days!

*You have 24 hours to pay for your claims*
I only keep the live sale descriptions for 1 month after each live, it is the customers responsibily to screenshot and keep track of their claims beyond that time period.

I will hold your items until you reach $200 to get free shipping. If at any point you decide you want your items shipped before you reach the $200 mark, you will need to pay shipping. Just reach out to me and I will put up a shipping listing for you.
