Blue Jay Crystals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Each package has $100 of insurance included. It is up to the customer to purchase more insurance if their items are worth over $100.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
-All items are carefully bubble wrapped and fragile stickers are placed on every box.
If an item is broken or damaged during shipping, I can not refund you as I put a lot of effort into packing your items so that they do not break. If you would like to add additional shipping insurance to your purchase, there is a listing under 'products' then 'misc.' to do so.
-If something does break during transit, please reach out to me and I can advise you of your options.
